HOT STONE MASSAGE (60 MIN)
Hot stone massage is a great, warming treatment, any time of year. Volcanic rocks have the ability to retain and slowly disperse heat through muscles, stimulate cellular exchanges, increase the blood circulation, balance neuromuscular mechanisms and evacuate residual toxins. The therapy combines positioning stones on certain areas of the body with a gentle massage.
This type of massage must be specifically requested when booking. It is contraindicated for those suffering from heart problems and pregnant women.

BAMBOO MASSAGE (50 MIN)
Bamboo Massage is a new concept in deep tissue relaxation massage, said to help tensions melt away, boost circulation and aid lymphatic drainage. Bamboo Massage is a technique that uses bamboo stalks, adapting them as an extension of the therapists hands, forearms and elbows, enabling them to work deeper and more effectively in to the muscle tissues. It is an energetic massage, particularly suitable for the large muscle groups of the buttocks, thighs and the waist. It is excellent for both men (especially for athletes), and for women (with effective action against water retention, cellulite and stretch marks).

CANDLE MASSAGE (50 MIN)
The treatment takes place as a real sensory ritual. The candle is lit, after a few minutes the surface begins to melt and the masseur makes the wax pour on your body, and then begins with the massage maneuvers. MYOFASCIAL MASSAGE (50 MIN)
This is a massage that does not work on the muscles, but between the muscles, i.e. on the connective tissue that covers them, which is responsible for normal fluidity and ease of movement. In situations of strong or prolonged stress, we tend to adopt non-harmonious postures, stiffening or bending the back. This massage, practised through the use of the forearms, elbows and fingers, alternating superficial and deep pressures, helps to gradually soften the muscle strips, restoring their functionality and fluidity.

PREGNANCY BODY MASSAGE (50 MIN)
This massage meets the needs of the mother-to-be’s body during the various stages leading up to delivery. Its purpose is to bring relief to the joints and lower back, stimulate circulation, reduce swelling of the hands and feet, and improve skin tone and elasticity.
Massage is not recommended during the first trimester and the last month of pregnancy. A medical certificate is always required.
