Ancient stone vaults and gourmet dishes

The restaurant at Villa Anitori offers an authentic flavour experience: a refined gourmet cuisine of meats and fish that will delight even the most discerning palates.
Either in the romantic and elegant atmosphere of the ancient wine cellar rooms with their majestic stone vaults, or in the panoramic room with its breathtaking view, you will find the perfect setting for any special occasion.

Our menu changes from week to week depending on the seasons and the availability of the ingredients which we source and select for you from the best local producers.
Vegan, vegetarian and coeliac dishes are always available on request.

Alternatively, we can offer a Tasting Menu which includes dishes recommended daily by our head chef.

  • Small Tasting Menu - 3 courses (starter, pasta, main course with side dish), €30 excluding drinks.
  • Starters Tasting Menu - (6 different starters between hot and cold + 1 pasta course), € 40 excluding drinks.
In addition, Villa Anitori offers a Sushi experience, with reservation required, for a minimum of 10 people.

The restaurant at Villa Anitori is open every day for dinner (8:00pm to 10:00pm). For lunch (12:30pm to 2:30pm) it is open on Saturdays, and Sundays.

Ancient Vault RoomHoused in the ancient wine cellar rooms of Villa Anitori, it is the ideal setting for any occasion.

Stable RoomTransformed out of the Villa's manger, this atmospheric room provides an intimate and cozy setting. Perfect for private lunches or dinners for up to 30 people.

Panoramic RoomDominated by huge picture windows with an enchanting view of the countryside of Loro Piceno, this room is ideal for your banquet or special event. It can accommodate up to 260 people.

Head chef Stefano Iacovelli

Our head chef Stefano Iacovelli will surprise you with a cuisine rich in detail and originality.
A true Marchigiano (of Le Marche) both by birth and in his spirit, and, therefore, a professional who is as determined as he is creative and assertive. A lover of natural flavours and an enthusiast of the raw ingredients he uses, he knows how to handle and combine these elements in elegant and unexpected ways. His passion for the kitchen began when, as a child, he spent time with his grandmother at the stove and he fell in love with the smell of the sauce, the sautéeing, the noise of the ladle in the pots and with the nature of "an art that you can learn by using all your senses". In 2010, he made the decision to leave the family footwear business and take the leap to become a chef. Then began the courses, the early experiences, the assistant chef roles, the Università dei Sapori in Umbria, the school of Japanese cuisine at Shinto in Rome (to perfect the art of Sushi), and, then his most important professional experiences in the kitchens of some of the most dedicated restaurants in the Fermo region of Le Marche. Finally, his dream was realised with the creation of Iacovelli Planet Catering which captures the whole philosophy and passion of this young chef. In 2017, his latest adventure began as Executive Chef at Villa Anitori creating innovative and extraordinary gourmet experiences.
